- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

- Rootbet may void any bets placed based on incorrect odds or erroneous information.
- For casino games, each game's own rules apply and can be viewed from within the game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rootbet. Violations may result in account closure as well as legal action.

- Placing simultaneous bets on opposing sides to guarantee a profit (arbitrage betting).
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of rootbet's systems.
- Impersonating another member or attempting to cause them harm.

If a member is found engaging in prohibited activities, rootbet reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and forfeit all deposited funds.

Both rootbet and the member may close an account. Specific rules apply in each case.
- Closed by Member: You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
- Closed by rootbet: If evidence of a terms violation is found, rootbet may suspend or permanently close the account.
- Responsible Gaming: rootbet will provide temporary or permanent self-exclusion upon request by the member.
- After an account is closed, rootbet retains transaction records for a specified period.
